ARBO Box designs all of their containers to support and minimize the burden of the user, thus ensuring confidence that every transported item will arrive in a safe and serviceable condition. All “knocked down” ARBO boxes are designed so that each section of the box is interchangeable with each like size box. If a portion of the box becomes damaged, you can replace it with a section from another box or order that section of the box. This will result in a substantial savings from having to purchase an entirely new box.

ARBO Box Inc. has received numerous awards for their unique design, which includes two first place finishes in the USA’s IOOP Packaging Competition, and most recently and notable, the company won first place for the second time in the Ameristar and World Competition. Each ARBO box is stamped with the newly required “bug” stamp, which authorizes all ARBO boxes clearance into any country in the world.

Image 1 shows the uniquely designed interlocking tongue and groove construction, eliminating the requirements for “hammer and nails”, which adds years of service life to each box, resulting in a substantial savings to the customer. The design also helps to protect the contents from water damage during inclement weather. All containers are built with the best A-C grade shop plywood available and reinforced with 2” x 3” cleats. All “knockdown” containers are built on a rigid skid base with forklift access to all four sides

Image 2 demonstrates the ease of loading the container by rolling the equipment up the specially designed ramp that also doubles as the front panel of the box itself. Another valuable feature of this container is its padded design. This design eliminates the requirement to bolt down the equipment inside the box. This box is also constructed with a foam cushioning system imbedded in the false bottom panel, which provides required shock and vibration performance based on equipment configuration and weight. These features not only save time and money, but also ensure the least possible damage to the equipment.

Image 3 represents another outstanding feature of the ARBO box design. Six 84 cube boxes are shown here in their knocked down state beside one assembled box. This demonstrates a two-thirds savings in storage space required when not in use.
